Shipping and Handling

I ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and rates are calculated automatically based on the location you provide at checkout. For international orders, I am not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged.

Orders are processed, packed, and dropped off at the post office within 1-3 business days. Delivery time varies and depends on the USPS. There may be delays due to the global pandemic.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the location of your package. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, you may contact us using the form on our About page.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item or have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will gladly work it out with you.
